Someone told me yesterday that the 3rd gear out of a D-15 will work in a CA. Anyone ever heard that before?

I believe that is true. But you have to use the sycronizers that go along with it as well. They are "coarser" than the CA gears
Unless your are the lead horse the scenery never changes!!
