I hope this works. Here are pictures and text from GregLawlerMinn that should help with rebuilding the hand clutch. Just click on the first pic and then click to the right of the picture to page thru to all 7.

I'm wondering about the 0.50" clearance quoted in Photo #7. The manuals I'm reading call for 0.005" in one case (IT), 0.055" in the AC service manual.

The .005 in the IT, has to be a miss print. .050 or .055 should work fine.

The 0.50" in the knowledge section is a "Phat Phinger" error; it should have been 0.050". I experiment with the clearance setting and have been able to smooth out the clutch engagement somewhat.
