Engine and related parts painted. Steve at b&b new harness in. Carb fuel pump and starter rebuilt. Time to put it back together and get it running again. Then take it apart for a complete repaint.

Steve your harness is fantastic. It's amazing how much more difficult these are to work on. The smaller ones are much easier. Everything is packed together on the 620's and 720's. It's like working on a wristwatch.

Thank you Rich for the Kudos. It takes me a while to build one of those harnesses. There's also a lot of material there that makes them up, but they do come out nice. A lot of the circuitry has all been bumped up a gauge or so to handle loads much better. The OEM harnesses on those particular model Tractors were borderline at best. That's one of the main reasons why they had so many issues. Like any other mfr, AC looked for the vender that came in the cheapest that could supply a harness, and that vendor got the Purchase Order. Extreme heat down in the engine compartment was one of the other issues those machines had. The crosslinked Marine wire I use for all my Tractor harnesses is pretty tough and handles heat and Mother Nature quite well with its Polyethelene jacket and "tinned" copper coated internals to keep corrosion out.
