Would a D15 be the same PTO? That would be easier to find.

If the H3 has a shuttle shift, the donor D14/15 will have to have been a shuttle also, most likely.

H-3 PTO is totally different than a D-15. My H-3 was bought new by a farmer and has PTO. The gearing and the shaft height are different as well as the casting. With the shuttle it still has the standard 540 RPM.  Good luck finding one. I'm sure there were not many sold. 
Nothing is impossible if it is properly financed
