I'm in the same hunt myself. My blades are a bit worn, and I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to hot wrench the nuts off (and broke off the cotter pins, too). When I asked recently, I was told maybe Agco has the castellated nuts and bushings, but they're $$$. But the blades I don't recall an answer on.

Don't know if I posted on this before, but what I did, years ago, was to measure the drop, and the length, and match up as close as possible...  IIRR, the drop is the limiting factor. Again, IIRR, original drop was like 4-1/2", and the closest I could find was 3-1/2"...

You might try agrisupply, they do have a big selection, and I didn't know about them, back then...Wink

Don't tell anyone, but...

When I was working on mine I took all the parts to the local John Deere dealer and they were able to match up everything I needed.  There is a bushing in the blade they didn't have, but it matched up very close to a bearing lock collar and I've been using it like that for years now.

The bushing is pretty much the same, in almost all bush hogs 3/4" ID X 1-1/2" OD.  thickness is a little thinner than the blade...

Travis, how much were the blades? Were the bolts the same? Thanks Tracy

I honestly couldn’t answer that as it’s been probably ten years ago or more since I did that. The JD parts had to of been pretty reasonable if I bought them tho, if that helps.

Not sure on the serial number, but the closest parts manual I have seen is the diagrams in the manual.

Tracy, send me the dimensions with hole size and blade offset and I'll look at our co-op. Seen a bunch there yesterday.

No problem, just let me know when you get one off. I seem to visit the co-op quite often. Scott
