I’ve been trying to get this continental u 1930 motor back together for a couple years now it was in real bad shape Tractor has been sitting since 1959. Well I sent block in to get new seats put in and guy called and said there was a crack and it’s not fixable. I haven’t went to look at it yet but if it is unsaveable is there any s10 blocks out there or if I can’t find how hard and how much for a um motor to put in there even though I really don’t want that

Look at the crack first.  He says 'not fixable'...

Aside from abandoning it, there are two other possibilities

It may not need to be fixed, in order to be returned to service of your needs...

It may be fixable by someone else, sufficient to be returned to service of your needs.
Ten Amendments, Ten Commandments, and one Golden Rule solve most every problem. Citrus hand-cleaner with Pumice does the rest.
