I have a 5' Bush Hog that was originally a trailer type and worked OK with the old WD which had no 3PH. It was inconvenient in many of the "tight" spots I had to mow.
So.......now that I have my D-17 equipped with a 3PH (homemade by the P.O.) I decided to convert my Bush Hog to 3PH.
What a pleasure to use in its new configuration.
I was lucky enuf to have all the materials "in stock" except the 3PH pins and the tail wheel assembly which came off my son's York rake. However, I had to build my own tailwheel "fork" as the one for the York rake was way too light and bent on the "maiden voyage".

I'll have to take some pics of mine which I recently inherited from a neighbor. I rebuilt it and converted it from 3 pt. to snap coupler attachment. Works very well and easy to hook up.
