We hit the above 3 bucks this week, first time ever. And our democrat governor in republican`s clothes wants to add a 25 cent tax on top of that. I was going to say something about John McCain, but remembered I was on the wrong place.

I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

Missouri is mulling a fuel tax increase due to fuel economy and less driving cutting revenues. Currently anywhere from $2.79-3.15 a gallon gas, diesel similar hovering around the $2.89 mark here.
Memorial Day is coming and the Iran issue has the speculators thinking they can drive prices way up. Stupid speculating idiots, all they do is shut down traveling and vacationers that were on a bubble as to expenses. |

I was in Eureka California yesterday and paid $4.09 a gallon for diesel. Here in Medford Oregon we are said to have the highest Gas prices in the state but nothing like California. I pay $3.27 a gallon for diesel here.

As I uesd to telll everyone that complained to me when I was delivering fuel to stations: “ Big oil will charge whatever the market will bare, as long as ther are lines to buy it”. Back in the days of the supposed gas crisis I knew of pipeline shipments that were diverted because the tank farms didn’t have room for them.

If'n I was real close to the boarder I'd buy my passport...in just ONE fillup, I'd more than pay for the passport, lunch out AND a few goodies.....sigh.
I'd even install a second tank so I could fillup the tractors when I got home. dbl sigh.... |
