I have noticed that the "bowl" is only 2/3's full at best and very "frothy" during running at any RPM. This bowl happens to be between the pump and carb and have been told I am basically a LIAR when explaining this on A/T several days ago(He did NOT believe the bowl was not under the tank) because of the orientation of the bowl. The tractor runs "fine", just curious about the fuel level in the "glass" ? Also, Dad has concerns about the FROST that forms on the carb/intake manifold, even in 90* temps? I have been told years ago that frost on an updraft system is NOT uncommon, but please enlighten me if the frost is an issue. Thanks

Frost occurs because air is going from hi pressure to lo pressure or vacuum inside manifold. Same principle as air conditioner. If you have moisture in fuel, it can freeze a ice ball at throttle plate. MACK
