This lister is coming up for sale on Saturday. Just wondered if it was Allis? To me, it looks like it is. Anyone know anything about them, or what tractor it would fit?
Thanks!

Not knowing the models that well, I would guess it would fit a C or CA. Which ever one had the double one bottom plow, (one lefthand and one right hand bottom).
Looking at the past to see the future.

From what I've seen, the AC's drove from back wheel(s).  I'm gonna have to vote no, unless you can pull some casting #'s offa somewhere.  Them front wheels just don't look AC to me...

That plow setup was available for a B as well, right?
There are a couple other things including a SC 20 series disc (converted to 3pt) and a SC 3 bottom, so I was guessing CA or WD, if it really is Allis. Haven't seen it in person yet...just the auction website.

I ran across your post from a few years ago about the lister for a Allis c. Did you end up buying it?

That is a 2 row lister planter for a C. This is evident by the mounting brackets. The units are driven by the drive wheel between the units. A lister planter for a B would only be 1 row. Anything rear mounted for a CA would either be "pin-hitch" or "snap-coupler"
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
