We have owned this 220 since new. Pto has been used very little over the years. The problem is pto turns all the time no matter what. Any suggestions on what to check to find the problem. Thanks

my guess would be the lever doesn't move easily to the "brake" position. Get the lever and valve free'd up if it's stiff at all. When I pulled corn pickers with my puller for fun, I'd have to really yank on the lever whenever I needed to move it.
