Saw these two Sitting in a field along a road that we were on yesterday. I am not sure what is up with the black one. I now that a couple years ago Gleaner was running around demoing a black one that they called the stealth, but I am not sure what is up with this one. Darrel |

The "black" one is an option. It's a wrap put over the sheet metal. Carbide gray I think is what they call it.

Are the new Gleaners actually galvanized metal anymore? I read they are plastic like (gulp) the Masseys

Our S67 is painted gray metal. There's absolutely no plastic on them as far as panels go. I agree with Ryan, they call the dark ones carbide gray. I believe you could only get them on the S8 series and the newest ones don't have that option.
