Don't know where or how you checked the pressure, but I would adjust relief valve before removing pump. MACK

Adjust it anyway....pump on my 220 had been run in need of wear plates/backup seals too long and fluid leaking by had eroded a passage where the backup seal sets and made it "unfixable".Pull yours apart and see what you have.Go from there.Double check system pressure after installing new/different pump.I had cranked my relief up for worn pump and forgot to change after new pump.Several hours use later it split the housing.

Always re-seal the main relief valve first and do NOT change the adjustment screw. If pressure still low, adjust screw inward (and count the turns) to see what happens. If that doesn't work, return screw to original setting and go thru pump.

The gage on the baler is only the belt tension and depends on the relief valve setting of the baler. The tractor pressure should be checked at the remotes. The tractor relief valve is on the control valve and not the pump.
