D19 and third gear

Hey Ya'll! I have  a D19 that pop's out gear when going down hell or when no load is present.  I have fixed my D15 by moving the shifting rails that way I would get more gear, and it worked.  I have never messed with a D19 before, and I'm curious what ya'll may have done to fix this problem?  Fill me inn.Confused

Try reworking the rails in it. Made the same way and all AC's since WD45 could stand it
