While tractor is running @ 1000-1200rpm and me doing a walk around is it normal for a higher type pitch whine/noise where pto shaft is rotating going into rear end housing. Cannot hear inside the cab at all while operating at any rpm. Just curious if normal or not. All oil levels up to proper levels. New tractor to me ran about 50 hrs so far everything seems to work ok.

Thx Mark

Thanks guys.

Now I can quit being such a worry wart LOL.

Other than that (which is now a none issue) I really like the visibility out of this unit for seeding and seeing the drawbar hooking up equipment is really nice.

I found it about 9 hours east of me in Saskatchewan. I made the deal with the fella as this was his fathers tractor but he is a JD man. It turned out they couldn't sell it a couple years back as they needed it on the grain cart for the pto until they found a replacement. Well in December of 16' they found a replacement and I was contacted to cough up at the agreed upon price from 3 years ago. They were really stand guys about it and I took delivery just in time for spring seeding. Everyone of these 4w305 that come up for sale in Canada seem to end up going south of the border.
