Interesting - thought the styled WC's were born in 1938. And spoked wheels? I wonder if that one was made from a couple of tractors! Or maybe the seller has the year wrong...

The fenders being put on back words make me wonder a little ,but it could have an older rearend also.But it must have been tricky getting those fenders on that way
