That's a good buy, tiller is $800 alone. Mower $250. Tractor $600. All appears to be in good shape except engine and cut hood for exhaust. I have a hood for it.mmmmm, I don't need 3 720's, do I? Naaaaa

You guys and your lofty prices. lol

I picked up a loader, tiller, cultivator, and spares for $900. He even threw in a parts washer, extra 720 muffler, tire chains, etc..

I've bought two running Powermax series tractors (in A/C of course) for $500 each.

I guess some of us dont get the deals that others do. I am rarely lucky to come across good deals. But when I buy something, say the AC tiller that was in great shape for $800, I was ecstatic. You just dont find many garage kept 40 year old implements. I started buying 720 stuff 7 years ago. They were bringing big bucks and so were the implements. Just paid $900 for a garage kept sickle bar mower. I had been looking for one ever since i bought my 720. Was told it had been used lesss than 5 times. I believe it, it was in excellent condition. Try finding a sickle bar mower or a Danco bush hog. They are extremely hard to find in any condition. I'm willing to pay more for nicer stuff, but that's me.

I've found a Powermax series snowblower for $300 in good original shape, and I passed. No need for anything that large around my area.

I've found an original tiller for $300 but it was too far away to go get. Found another for $350 and passed on it.

People like to set lofty prices for this stuff because of what they see online, but few actually get anything near those prices. Most of this stuff just flat out isn't worth that kind of money.

My last tractor, a guy drove over 200 miles to meet me, and sell a running tractor for $500. They're not perfect, but they're not worth a whole lot more either, when it comes to parts availability and cost.

People need to realize that.
