I have an old Lawn tractor that was given to me. I am not sure about much on it. I know it is a 710 H, with a K301 Engine. I got it rebuilt the carb, New points, coil, Rewired it. I now have it running pretty well. However the part that bolts to the flywheel with 4 bolts, then to the drive shaft disk with 2 bolts broke. I don't know what this part is called to try to fine one. It looks like one of the bolts worked loose, then sheared both bolts off inside the part. However when it broke it busted out the threads and now is no good. thanks for any help.

Mike:

Might also want to post on Simpletractors.com - between these 2 websites I am sure you will find the help/parts you need.

Welcome to a fantastic forum!

Should be some spacers bolted through what looks like a white plastic, or fiber looking disc then bolted to the drive shaft. That little disc thing brakes. Do you still have the spacers.

Didn't think they made a 10 HP with Hydrostatic.

Only 712H and 716H

An in stock item at most Simplicity dealers! Same disc used on all the L&G tractors. You can double them up for extra strength when pulling. And as Mike said they also have a coupler steel spacers and Heavy flat washers used on them. I've got a new old stock kit #103052 with new bolts, HD washers 1 disc and spacers left for $30.00 plus $8.00 postage

online they want $37.75 plus shipping for them.

The disc is 2 1/2" centers. Yes we accept pay pal. Email us direct at farmtoys@sbcglobal.net I'll try posting a picture. You can purchase just the disc from dealers. I don't have any separate ones left. I should probably keep this one as we use a few of ours too! Let us know if you want it.

I thought you broke the disc. As that's common! Have never broken a hub. I don't have any of them.
