So I recently got a major steal on a (partially restored) 1977 7060 powershift at a local auction with an fresh allis 7080 engine it some idiot had jamed the fuel engage lever so it basically sold for scrap metal price. So a couple hours fiddling around with it and it runs great but I'm now trying to figure out all the things that they were in process on. Thus my question I don't know a great deal about the ending differences between the 7060(670I) and 7080(670HI). What kind of Hp is this engine going to actually be able to provide, any issues I can expect premature clutch failure ect(don't ask lets just say I've had this problem before). I've also ran into wiring issues that don't make sense. Is there any good resources for wiring harness diagrams. Also as I'm trying to get the body finished before colder weather hits here does anyone know the paint codes for AC maroon. Thanks for any help y'all can offer. I'm just not familiar with the 7060's. Thanks Jon

The best wiring diagram is in the factory owners manual. Ebay generally has some listed. I do have some in a factory service manual if you needed something quick, but I would encourage you do get the owners manual.

Be careful with that engine. Cranking high RPMs and putting that much HP through the tranny and rear end has been known to tear things up, and even blow up engines.
