Dont know about stock, but 8 years ago the McKimm 180 twin turboed "Power Maxx" was leaving the line under 80 lbs of pressure.

it will take as much as it can till it breaks...  maybe 30psi   right way put fire rings in the sleeves and forget about it

I have a 200 makes 60 psi boost and isn't fire ringed and a friend of mine is running a 190 with 80 pounds with out fire rings

Stock head bolts over torqued a Lil. Left rocker arm assembly off and torque with all short bolts. Then put rocker arm assembly back on and torque it down. Plugged block heater in over night and retorqued.

The boost is a factor but not the only factor. How much power you develop is a much bigger deal. You can make 200 HP with 60 lbs. of boost or you can make 800 HP with 50 lbs. All depends on the setup. I would be certain that your connecting rods are hardened first. the softer OEM rods will bend before the head gasket blows if they are not heat treated.

I think a better way to describe performance is to give the weight of the tractor and in what gear you can spin it out - finish the run in. That is a more accurate way to describe how good the engine is and the stress that is applied to it.

200 allis do u have hardens rods in ur engine and what weight class do u run.

My rods are hardened but the 7000 series rods were harder then 3# series. I have been running 7500 and 8500

On the 426 small pin rods, if they said JAPAN on them, there were better than newer generation rods.

Max Simpson did my rods but don't think he is doing it any more. What timing u running makes big difference.
