Anyone know how fast RPM, the spindle shafts turn that the blades are mounted on ?

Look on your spec. sheet and find the wide open engine speed. Multiply that times the diameter of the first pulley then divide the total by the diameter of the next pulley. (Second) You can then extend that on out until you get to the one you need to know the RPM for.
