Hello All-
I just put my rebuilt hydraulic pump back on my WD and tested it out, and found that one of the plugs (with the copper gasket?) on top of the pump is leaking. It seems nice and snug, but it's leaking around that gasket. It's one of the plugs that can't be pulled out without pulling the hold positon valve assembly off. I was just wondering if there is any way to seal it externally without having to pull everything apart......Thanks...

Either tighten it some more and if that don't work replace the copper gasket.

If you have to take it off and replace the ring, make sure that both mating surfaces are clean and free of nicks or burrs before reassembly.

You might want to tap the plug once its tight (Lightly Tap, not hammer). The tapping might help flatten out the washer and set it in place? After tapping, see if you can snug it some more.
