This is the picture I used for my thumbnail on the left. I started collecting steel-wheeled farm equipment about 2 and a-half years ago. Since then I have found this Case grain binder and also a IHC horse-drawn corn binder. Both pieces were kept in a shed and are still in pretty good shape.  I have two 10' Allis disc's, an Allis 2 bottom plow, an orange 7' blade for a WD, and a post auger that fits my WD. My farm was built in 1886; home, barn, machine shed and grainery (shown in background) and various other buildings. Some of my other stuff can be seen at http://www.webvironments.com/photos.html

I started searching the Illinois auctions yesterday. There's plenty of good 'ol time farm auctions coming up this spring full of horse-drawn, steel-wheeled farm equipment. Seems that everyone is after the tractors, which leaves all the equipment for me - cheap (or at least cheap is the only way I'll take it). My favorite color is rust.
