 Topic: recent purchase AC 912 6 speed

Brought this AC 912 6 speed home over the wk end.Wife and I had been talking about getting an old lawn tractor for ride'n around at the tractor shows,and a project for this fall/winter.Well it looks 34 years old,but it runs good(no smoke),trans seems to b OK
and it's basicly all there,including the mowing deck.

Nice looking 912. Paint looks pretty good. Looks like it just needs a seat cushion and a little elbow grease.

This was just one of those things we'd talk about,untill last Sat.Wife spotted it for sale,
annnnd she said(her words,not mine) U know u could fix that up,repaint.It would look nice sitting b side the "B",and would make u good winter project.
U know I've always said "man aint never got enough projects"
For now just reading(it came with the original owners manuels) up on what we've bought.Will b looking at the swap meet arias for the this/thats.

Isn't that the truth!! I mentioned to the better half I was looking for another one and was told the couch might get awfully cold for me... LOL time to spend some $$ on her.
