I tend to agree with Steve. If it still runs good after 7 years I would kinda think it was done right. Buying one for a lot less and then have to rebuild it will cost a lot more.

Sounds like a deal to me. Can't tell how the rims are and the fuel line needs fixed,but it would make a good sidewalk scraper.
