What is involved in putting a 4.5" stroke crankshaft (from a WD45) in a 201 engine. Is it a simple bolt in, or is there other things that have to be changed or machined to make it fit?

Crankshaft bolts right in. Pistons and sleeves will probably need to be replaced due to higher piston travel. This causes higher compression AND if your sleeves are worn and have a ring ridge, you can't shove the pistons up thru that ring ridge without breaking rings, piston lands, etc.

I plan to replace sleeves and pistons. I would like to go the 4.125 sleeves and I was thinking of 170 pistons and maybe a 170 cam. What other issues will I need to be aware of?

175 cam is what you need ,not 170 cam.
