One of the first articles (Old Allis News) I always read was Walt Bueschers "Plow Peddler". He shared interesting, informative stories of his experiences in working with people (farmers, dealers, bosses, etc) during his 39 years at Allis Chalmers. Thank You Nan for this good article and for bringing Walt on board.

I hope that Walt's column will still continue. It is always an interesting read and it should be sindicated if it's not. Kip

I allways lookedat hispage foragood story. One of my favorites was the onewhere the Allis combine department had all it's competatorscome and see the experamental light weight pull type combine they were developing. And it was a desaster of a demonstation. After the other companies he had the engineris put the combine back to the right settings so the taught the allis combine wouldn't work. |

Thanks tadams. That is sad news. A wealth of information went with him, but he was kind enough to share so much info. I have always enjoyed his stories, and I like his writing style. He will be missed.
