Where are you located?  HAPCO in Terre Haute does a decent job at a reasonable price. Fast turnaround.

Bonewell has a balance shop close too. 812-249-8208
I think they told me they can balance up to 7000 prm's. Seems a little fast for a tractor to plow with!
You don't really have to be smart if you know who is!
