Wow
I never new that this was a set.  I played with those toys when I was a kid and now my kids are playing with them.  Wish I new they would be worth that much I never would have taken them to the sand box.

not bad for starting at 99 cents. I guess some things are still generating interest amongst bidders!

Yes, that is what they go for or within the vicinity.  Especially the ones that you can see the disc gangs through the top of the disc.  Sometimes they came with clear plastic around them.  I have seen several sets on Aumman Auction web site before.

Amos, I hear you.....I remember the days of opening a 190 playset, 200 playset and I believe I had a 7030 or 7040 MB playset as well.  Never could the cardboard assembled after opening it to use as a barn or shed so they were discarded.  But in those days you didn't know better and you just wanted to be like dad's equipment and tractor on my farm in the dirt under the tree.

A total fake! If it was real the plow would be at least a 5 bottom for a 190!

Dave - I agree...$900 is the same price I gave for a running WD45 NF with power steering, small front loader and a good SC oxnard blade to boot....

Having this set in the original box is what is driving the price up, I bought this same setup without the box last year on Ebay for $100.   I've never seen one like this with the original box, I had this on my watch list but it is officially out of my price range now.  I'd like to have it for my collection though.

I have all the pieces as well individually and they are more fun to look at on the shelf displayed instead of in a cardboard box.

I sold a set like this with most of the cellophane still wrapped on it over 20 years ago for $901.00. It was 901 because at the last show the guy's partner would not go over 900, so I had to have over 901.
