The C rims were never cream from the factory they were galvanized and some may have been painted orange but it's your tractor and you paint it the way you want.  I have seen C's painted the cream and it looks just fine.  And welcome to the forum.

the most common scheme I have seen is the front rims all orange and the back wheels orange with silver rims. I like the more symmetrical approach, so I painted all four rims silver. I think it looks good that way, but as stated, you go with whatever you will like the most!

I have been using a Pewter gray on the rear rims instead of the silver/aluminum paint.
I think it looks more like the original galvanized rim. The front, of course, is ALL ORANGE.

PPG 60080 is the right color. Some others out there are about as close. Krylon 1820 Implement Enamel is close.

You should have the PPG 60080 mixed in the Delstar, not Omni.  Omni doesn't have enough tints to match the original color and will be wayyyy too bright!  Be warned, you may need a loan to buy a gallon of Delstar!

I took in abunch of parts that included 4 rear and 4 front rims for my 1948 G.  Had them galvanized at a plant in Modesto CA  it was right around 200 dollars.  So you may want to consider that.
