Went to start my 7060 and it would turn over but nothing but then realized that i had not pulled the injector pump shut off out but it still would not start then i primed the pump with the plunger and it took right off but sorta had a miss for a few seconds the tractor had set for about 2 weeks without starting as well. Is my pump getting weak or? Any thoughts ? If you have a question just ask thanks

Sounds more like air in the fuel resulting from a leak or bad check valve. The stumble was probably due to some trapped air in the lines. Do you see/smell any diesel fuel leaking?

yea, diesel fuel systems don't like air and when you lose your prime, its a pain to reprime them... Sounds like you got lucky and it primed up easy. If you have a diesel leak, it is very likely that air is getting back in.

Take the primer pump apart. There is 2 check valves that could have foreign materal in them not letting them seat. MACK
