Hi there, I recently moved onto an acreage and with it came an AC 180 which has been a decent tractor however it's lacking a 3 point hitch which is becoming a major pain, i've been searching around trying to find the parts off of another or one for sale but haven't had any luck. I was wondering if any of you guys had any suggestions on where to look for a new or used one. I know it was an option on them and one will fit all of the mounting points are there. Also i've been wondering if one off a different model will fit, i've been looking at oktractor.com as they have many 3 pt kits, just not for the 180. Thanks for any help you guys can provide. It's greatly appreciated.
Here is a picture i took earlier, I'll take a couple more detailed ones when i have a day off. Edited by Mitch B - 05 Jul 2012 at 7:44pm |

I have never seen a One-Eighty without a three point hitch installed. I suppose it could have been purchased without one but I would think it would have been rare. If it was not equipped with the hitch from the factory it is probably missing all of the hydraulic mechanism to make it work. Best bet would be to find a complete tractor to remove all of the missing parts from and install them on yours. Another thing to consider would be to offer the one you have for sale as a 3 point delete tractor and buy another with the hitch already in place.
Edit:
If you have the capability to post them, It would be very interesting to see detailed photos of the One-Eighty you have showing the 3 point delete. Edited by Bret (OH) - 05 Jul 2012 at 11:49am |
