i have one like yours,mine says "Theres a bright new look at allis chalmers"late sixties-early seventies.

My buddy and I have one just like it. I believe it is the sign used in the 60's till they changed it in the 70's to the long black one. There must have been a bunch of different decals offered for the bottom of them as our has a 190 and a gleaner picture on it. Thanks for sharing!
