Just picked this up, and wondering how common they are.....
Older pin-hitch style. One scraper is bent but otherwise complete with all of the mounting hardware included, just not in the pics. Looking forward to playing with it! Thanks for any input.

I have a sc 3 bottom, you will learn that isnt a scraper it is like a moldboard and it needs to be right or it will throw the dirt all sorts of ways (dont ask me how I know this) they pull very easy but are very Heavy. Never was able to get mine set exactly right , always wanted to pull the tractor sideways so I was always on one brake, but not very common around here though |

It took me 3 years to it set up right. The first time I put it in the ground it spun the tractor around 180 degrees before I could stop the tractor.

The AC disc plows were made by Athens Plow Company. As Dustin pointed out, the scrapers are actually moldboards that make a big difference in the quality of work. As Dennis's picture shows, it is very easy to throw dirt a long distance with a disc plow. I have a semi mounted 2-disk for my B and C tractors, and a Snap Coupler 3-disk for my D14, and they both laugh at trash, stalks, saplings, roots, rocks, sticky clay, etc. The disc plows have become my favorites for plow days or any other situation where I don't know what kind of soil conditions I might be getting into. I'm pretty sure they will plow pavement if you ask them to...

I still have reproduction, original Athens decals, for all Athens built equipment available if anyone needs them.

I want one. Are they made so you don't have to disk? Just seems they can throw the soil out pretty darn good.
