Hi can someone give me the ID and OD on the bearings for the G radiator fan?  I know that they are different from one another from one end of the shaft to the other... We are having a heck of a time finding a bearing that will fit the narrower end of the shaft... Thanks!  John

How about part #s, MRC 488016 goes on the fan end of the shaft; MRC 488503 goes on the pulley end. Motion industries has them, many dealers on the forum offer them.
I stole this photo from JoeM(GA).

Dem's folks are in New Joisey. Company used to be named All Bearing Inc. If you can't find a certain bearing, race, or seal from them, it ain't made yet!  Thumbs Up

Is there an easy way to clean them if they're gummed up, and if not how do you get them off and on?  I don't have a press and I would rather not remove head bolts.

Thanks,
Skuter

They are studs, or are supposed to be anyway, holding the fan mounts on. I've pulled mine off and put the nuts back till the fan was finished. I took mine to the NAPA shop, they pressed them off and on. Might try some kind of cleaner spray but there's not much room to get it in and you'll get it all over the engine. Then you'll need some kind of lube spray. Better to remove them and replace if needed.

You're only removing the end two on each end. I just tightened them back, no specific order.

Thanks Warren. Guess my "to do" list has one more thing on it. Sheet metal is off this g already. I was hoping to be done with it sooner, it's the spare.
