I still have my fathers WD.  The wheels have always been set all the out.  I think he did this to prevent tip over.  I'd like to set them back all the way in and install a set of rear wheel weights.  Don't laugh, but I don't know how to adjust the rear wheels back in.  I watched a video someone posted somewhere once and I know you have to apply the break and "loosen" something.  But don't know what.  If anyone could assist me with this procedure that would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance for any experiences you may have with setting the rear wheels back to the original setting from all the way out.

there should be a bolt that ngoes through the rail clamp, remove it and turn the 4 eccentrics counter clockwise to loosen the wheel center from the rails and then apply the brake opposite the side you want to move first then do the same for the other side and turn the eccentrics back the other way.

You may have quite a time loosening the ecentric locks since they have never been turned.Never know.Loosen from the top and tighten from the bottom.Once loose and lock removed,apply brake to opposite wheel and spin loosened side  in.(one side uses reverse and the other use 2nd)Insert lock,then tighten lowest eccentric first. If you are stopping some position besides ends it takes 2 locks. Can do both at same time but one at a time is better.

Just a thought, if you are moving the wheels all the wayin, make sure they don't catch the fenders, alot of the tractors have had larger tires installed and there isn't much clearance or the fenders may be bent a little, if your tires catch the fenders you can do alot of damage in a hurry. Just something to watch for.

Jim is right! Got 45 rims and 14.9's on the WD.CAN NOT GO ALL THE WAY IN!!!

My WD has bigger tires on it. The previous owner added a fender extention so the tires will not hit.
The joy is in the journey.
