Anyone ever see one of these? It has all the prices and specs for all Ag equipment from Allis at that time. Kinda interesting. uploads/1894/f20_086.jpg

Prices of new machinery used to be easy to figure out. Most equipment was about $1 per lb.
Now, it costs about $1 per lb to have things shipped! |

I purchased mine at an old A-C dealer that went out of business. $20. The book is amazing and I've found some amazing information in there. Thanks for sharing! Going orange is going great!

My most prized posession. Pop's price book. Latest one since they were replaced about 1962. Mine has the updates to 1961.
Also, it has some notes in Pop's handwriting.
That is one item I will not sell or get rid of.
These were six ring registered notebooks with replacable pages. You would get updates every so often for new equipment or changes. In the front you had a check off area showing how recently the book has been updated.
Many were thrown away since they were updated by larger three ring books around 1962. I was lucky enough to find Pop's books.
Good Luck!

Bill: Great information, I checked my book and you're correct there is a checkoff page to show how recently the book was updated. Mine is brand new and completely blank, nothing filled in. I really appreciate knowing when the last one was made and what replaced them. Priceless info that only great people like you can provide. Thanks again for responding!

Ron, Can you give me more information on the A-C Price Book you noted in one of your posts. I would be very interested in the G page showing the specs and price of the G tractor.
If possible could you contact me after the holiday season? In addition to the G information there is other information I would love to see.

No rush but I am very interested.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours.
Good Luck!
