I am looking at a 190 diesel for about 4 bills, have some service history  that seems good, may slip in 4th high ( high/low ) NOT GEAR JUMP OUT. any special points to look out for? had a 190 gas before and it loved gas, i assume diesel will be better. No three point, but would be used mostly for mowing and baling any way and a loader would go on it, rears are 20% or so.  Will appreciate any pointers

What series is it?  Is it an XT?  If it's a 190XT, then the price seems about right considering the missing 3pt, and the worn tires.  I would be cautions of the Power Dirrector slipping, it can be simple, or very costly!!!  Otherwise, any 190 is a great tractor, IMHO

If it doesn't have the three point hitch it may be a snap coupler version.
Most problems can be solved with the proper application of high explosives.

its not a snap coupler , but its not a true flat back either it has pto and the housing for the lift arms. Just no shaft sticking out of the housing , the holes are plugged.

Im thinking about $2000 for that one -1500 if the powerdirectors slipping ; you will find that no 3 pt is gonna be a big deal when you want to do stuff with it ; 3 pts are great , so many attachments and versitile ; the 190 is a very good tractor but the pd slipping can run into bucks if you cant work on it yourself
