I have a 1949 Allis B with an adjustable front end and I need to replace the tie rod and the ends... Not having any luck locating anything!!! Looks like all the replacement parts are for the wishbone style front end.
Can anyone shed any light my way on what to do? It does look like the WD45 may work, but may have to ream the holds on the steering arms to fit and cut the shaft and tube to fit... Has anyone run into this problem? Please let me know... Thanks, Toby Wellborn |

I believe they are the same as a WD45, just have to cut them to the proper length.

the WD steers from the center, same as a C or CA, and the B steers from the left spindle. The tie rod ends should be the same, 5/8", but you would have to couple the 2 pieces together to make one. Bob
