Methinks blown head gasket (I hope). I had some family visiting on Easter, so I was riding kids around and noticed some bluish smoke when first running, and I heard faint rod knock until it warmed up. So, today I decided to investigate, and this is what I discovered!

Now my IH 460 likes to do that by taking water down to threads at exhaust manifold and pipe joint below the muffler
