Mine is Form D-5 (7.68). Titled Parts Catalog Section II Coulters and Jointers Plow Bottoms Plow sole Fertilizer.

I'm sure there is a newer one.

I have the same one.  I see that particular vintage come up on eBay from time to time.  I have NOT seen a newer version.  If one exists that would be a real interesting find.  Mike

According to my AC publications catalog, D-5 Section 2 covers all plows [ coulters, jointers, bottoms], that said, I see a parts Section "3", for alot of the 60/70-80/75-80/75-85/9000/HD offset, I would like those parts list if there out there.

Chris, my other volume is III and it does illustrate plow frames well to allow easy identification from pictures. Handy for figuring out how a plow frame is assembled too.
