Hi guys!
Been awhile since I have been on here.  Was getting the B ready for some spring wood hauling.  I have one problem, though.  First, a little background info.  I sent the tank off to have the holes soldered up and a liner put in.  Got the tank back - the guy did an excellent job.  Installed tank, bowl and fuel line.  Put 5 gallons of gas in the tank.  Still a little cold here, so I choked it, pushed the starter rod and it fired up right now.  It will run for about 10 seconds or so, then act like it runs out of gas.  Yes, the valve on the bowl is open and I also bought a vented cap.  It has this problem regardless of whether or not the cap is installed.  If you let it sit for about 10 - 15 seconds, and start again - you get the same result - only runs for about 10 seconds then dies out.

Sounds like restricted fuel flow to the carb. Might want to look at the outlet to see if the liner made the outlet smaller.
