I got one of the WD45s out and put the blade on then pulled her in the shop to install the Comfort-Cover (heat houser) on for me to stay warm pushing the danged old white stuff around. We have 6" to 8" of the stuff coming tonight on in to Tuesday night.
I like running my tractors just hate snow.

Had an uncle in far NE MO (almost to IA state line) who used a heat houser, but insisted he never put his ear flaps down while using it.

Why is there never time to do it right the first time, but always time to go back and fix it?

James, I get a kick out of your signature... My motto is and has always been "If you can't find the time to do it right the first time, How are you EVER going to find the time to do it over ?? Taught to me by my Father... God bless him.

Seen a picture of you heat houser before. I have to ask, is it home made or not meant for that tractor? or is the frame just gone?

Hey Don! That first pic is kinda blurred. Were you shaking from the cold or were other "spirits" involved? ha ha ha (what can I say, the devil is lurking here tonight)

Ted: Sounds like we are on the same frequency. One of my dad's "mottos" was: "We're gonna' keep doing this until we get it right". (I still don't have it right.) ha ha

acd21mann, that thing under Don's hand is the fill hole for the Factory power steering reservoir. He's got 3 45's with that thing. I have one with way less paint on it.
Don, I bought a heat houser at a sale back in the 80's for like $10. It says Minneapolis Moline Z on it I believe. I made 1 home made bracket and had 2 factory brackets and it fits great and works great. I haven't had it on for about 10 years though since i never spend more than 45 minutes at a time pushin snow.
