Looks alot like the one on my W201 power unit, but not exactly the same either. What do the mounting brackets look like?

Just 2 bolt holes through a metal flange, where the hand is holding the air cleaner.

Its alot smaller than the pictures make it look.
I didn't measure, but my guess is that the diameter is around 5".

I don't think it is a 45 diesel.   The 45 diesel has the outlet going to the right side of the tractor, so it's outlet would be on the same side as the mounting bracket and the mounting bracket has 3 holes in it.   Also it doesn't have the rib going all the way around.

It looks somewhat like the one on my styled WC.

Any other guesses?

The owner of this part thinks it could have been for a wakuesha B?
I looked at pictures, and those tractors have the air intake pipe above. This cleaner does not, and looks like its a factory cut on the top hole.

I just checked one of my reference books and it looks the same as the one on a Case V or VA. Size and color are about right for Case also.

It's definitely not a Wauk B. I think Phil has the answer.
