A few years ago I bought some Allis G's from a potato farm in upstate NY. None were running but in dry storage 20 years. I chose the best looking one to get running. I replaced every single electrical component, and wiring. A few times the engine tried to start, and ran for about 2 seconds and died. So I attached a spark tester to one of the spark plugs, and as soon as the engine dies, the spark goes away immediately, giving me some confidence the problem is ignition. If it helps, when I pull the off/on switch out, which is starting position, the amp gauge moves a little into the negative zone. Please help if you have any suggestions.I farm alone and cannot keep spending hours and days into this project.

When the engine stops rotating, the spark will stop, regardless.  Check that there is continuous battery voltage at the coil with the ignition switch on.  Also, crank the engine even if it won't start and see if there's still spark (with ignition switch on).  If you get a constant current draw with the switch in the on position, ignition is likely ok, but check at the coil itself (the battery side, not the distributor to coil side).

run a jumper wire from the battery to the coil... this will bypass the switch  and wires.. and put power to the coil CONSTANTLY.

besides that, the POINT needs to be clean. sometimes there is a film / corrosion on the surface, even on new point that has set on the shelf forever.. If you have a new COIL, we can assume it is OK for now... If you do all the above and still no spark, consider changing the CONDENSER, next to the point.... make sure the point wire / condenser wire are not touching / grounding to the case.

are your BATTERY and COIL both the same voltage ?  6V ... or now 12V ?
