How much air should you run in a 6.00 x 16 front tire. ( 3 rib ) No info on my sidewalls.

I'd say 28 to 32 psi

With a loader we run up to 40psi but otherwise about 30

Depends on ply rating.  4 ply 32 psi max, 6 ply up to 40 with a loader, otherwise 32.
Most problems can be solved with the proper application of high explosives.

I keep just enough in mine to hold the tractor up, maybe about 10 psi. I don't have a loader. Softer tires cushion some of the bumps.
