rear hub on unstyled WC question

   Was taking off the bad rims and tires off of my unstyled WC.   One was a spoke rim and one was a dished rim.   Both of the hubs had 5 studs in them with nuts and the sixth hole on each side looked like a pin.   On the spoked rear rim, the center is thicker so this pin was flush with the outside of the wheel center.   On the dished rim, it stuck out some.   What are these for and do they thread out so a sixth stud can be put in the hole?   I have a set of hubs from a styled WC here that don't have them, so if push comes to shove, I can use them in place of these, just wondering what they were for.  Sorry I didn't get any pictures of them before it got dark, but I'm sure someone knows what I'm talking about.

	My 1934 WC has 2 of those pins on each side and my 1936 has 1 per side, great for sliding the wheel on to align it. Don't know how many were on there as stock if any? I assume you could turn them out, just threaded in.

	I believe that the hubs have a threaded stud and nut, sometimes the stud unscrews and those pins are for alignment. I believe that only the unstyled ones have them
