Is it possible to get outer axle seal replaced without disassembling final drive? This is splined axle, not flanged. Not sure what the purpose of seal spacer outside of axle seal is, and if I can pull it out. Thanks

yes, you can pull the splined hub, then get the old seal out.. It will be a felt type seal.. New will be a rubber standard seal.... Seal does not ride on the SHAFT, it rides on a spacer that is pressed onto the shaft... You probably will not get that off.. When you tighten the BIG NUT holding the spline hub to the shaft.. you squeeze the hub against the spacer, against the bearing inner race..

Like them all, but love the "B"s.
