I have an old Cat D8H farm dozer which is blowing water out the exhaust and pressurizing the cooling system. I sealed it several years ago with KW, but recently got it hot and it opened up again.  This time the KW did not work and with the size of this machine and the time it is run per year, I want to try a quick fix.  Does black pepper work very well for crack sealing or is there something else better.  It is a 20 gallon system so expensive small engine sealers are too expensive a gamble.

This stuff is not that cheap but it may just fix that crack once and for all.

I know this isn't a cheap fix, box up the cracked head and ship it to Midwest Cylinder Head in Nevada Iowa. If it's cast, they can weld it.

Good lord, you are taking an expensive gamble trying to seal things like that.  Take the head off and get it stitched up(pinned), or if you like to gamble slightly more, welded.

Sounds like Brick and I agree. Around here Midwest Cyl Head has a very good rep fixing cracked heads and blocks.
