Hi Darrel 
I believe they’re for front mount wd style cultivators. Bolt to front of tractor to accept the tool bar. 315840/1 is left right. And other # is same bracket, just flat an can be used ether side

Mike on one of your posts i saw a delete plate for a B  Part # 207417 and the gasket   is that still available   Thanks Barry C
